• To Maintain All Store reports and data analysis

The candidate should be

• A dynamic professional with excellent communication skills 
• In-depth experience in back-end & front-end retail operations. 
• Expertise in functions like Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation, and Promotional Offers. 
• Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective feedback.
• Good experience of working with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 

Experience

Education

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

• Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Must have retail sector experience, either from FMCG, retailing, distributors, channel partners, dealers etc
• It is target based job which is required to achieve on monthly basis.
• Meeting shopkeepers on daily basis for onboarding the shops on application
• Must be familiar with local Market
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
• Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Bike/ two-wheeler with a driving license is mandatory
• Should be local from Faridabad or Delhi area
